Breach coordination & monitoring

When a purchaser believes HUD breached a representation or warranty in the Conveyance, Assignment and Assumption Agreement, the breach is submitted, tracked, and adjudicated here against the PSA and CAA timeframes.

Breaches by status

Repurchase & cure disbursements

Help desk. Dedicated support 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET for purchasers and servicers, via a toll-free line and breach-desk email established at award. Inquiries answered within one business day, per the PWS support standard.
Access & timing. Winning bidders are granted portal access within 2 business days of settlement; all cases in a sale are loaded within 5 business days. Adjudication windows are driven per loan by the PSA and the CAA.

Demonstration data. Loan and party identifiers are synthetic. Prepared by the House Strategies Group / DebtX / Jardin Group team as a demonstration Automated Breach Portal, in the event HUD intends the Transaction Specialist to furnish its own.

Generated monthly and delivered 30 days after each sale and each month thereafter until all breaches are resolved. Lists breaches that resulted in repurchases, their status, and a summary of all breach requests by sale and purchaser.
